🧑🏫 Overview and instructions
The Thought leadership development hub is designed to activate an organization’s SME network and drive expert-informed content through open collaboration between the content/marketing team and subject matter experts.
(SME = Subject matter expert)
🏗️ How it works
🔧 What you need to do
In the hub:
Subject matter experts can:
- Document their areas of expertise, personas they talk best to, and level of interest in contributing to content projects
- Submit new ideas for content development based on needs and interests they’ve identified in the market
- View content topics that are on the marketing roadmap and hand-raise where they can help inform and/or develop
Marketing team can:
- Identify the right experts to connect with on specific content/marketing opportunities and understand how SMEs would like to be engaged
- Share content/marketing topics on the roadmap so SMEs can self-select topics they are able to inform and contribute to
- Create an information stream from experts to generate new topics and close knowledge gaps
🏗️ How it works
The Thought leadership development hub includes two tables: the SME network and the SME collaboration hub.
🧠 SME network
The SME network catalogs all the experts we work with. It includes 10 fields, 7 views, and 1 submission form.
